I'd have to say that "Cry......." is my favorite also. In my opinion, Mitch seems to do covers better than anything/anyone!

When was this released on CD ? For how long was it available. I still have my vinyl copy and a casssette of it.Man, did I play this a lot back in my DJ days.

Great CD....There is someone on this board who possibly could have helped you out...He has every recording Mitch has done and came through for me to obtain The "Never Kick a Sleeping dog" CD....Favorite cut on the CD for me is the cover of Solomon Burke's Cry to me"..

I had to go through 300+ CD's and every vehicle & desk I own and I finally found it. My Never Kick A Sleeping Dog CD - Listening to it as we speak. I feel 18 again - Great CD I knew I had the album & it was destroyed - I came across the jewl case from the CD today and the search was on.

I had this forever and grew up with it, It was destroyed and I would really like to get it on CD - I love every song on the album. Takes me back to my teen years every time I hear a song from the album. (not often enough) I think this was some of your best work, Love it. LK |
